My internet closes whenever i try to upload a photo onto an online editor?

Whenever I press upload on ANY editor and any internet (i.e Mozilla, explorer and Safari) a msg comes up saying ____
needs to close sorry for the inconvenience.

may be some program on your computer is interfering in it. Try to run ccleaner (cleaner and registry menus)
