My Mac automatically updated Safari, but after the update, iChat, iPhoto, Photo Booth and most importantly, iTunes doesn’t work. It opens for a few seconds, but then it quickly closes. Safari, Dashboard and Mail works, but the other programs that came with the Mac don’t work.

Safari was the only thing I updated, and the whole update went smoothly.

Should I reinstall iTunes and the other programs I mentioned? Any other suggestions?

I would suggest re-running your software update, if that doesn’t fix it, try checking for software updates from the apple menu, there may be other software updates that you need to do to fix the issue
