When hunted and killed- what part of the elephant is used?

I’m writing an essay about the pros and cons of hunting. I know that safari hunting causes alot of controversy, but i can’t find a good site that talks about it. Does anyone have any information about this. Such as, how far are lions and elephants under of over populated. What parts of the elephant are used after it’s killed and how many of these wild animals are killed annually. I also need a site that goes with this information. Thanks so much for your help!
