Here’s a really good idea, try being a hunting guide in areas you know! If I owned a safari hunting company in africa I wouldn’t hire some guy from the states who’s never even seen the lay of the land. Maybe move to africa, get acclimated to the surrounding hunting and game areas( maybe 10 to 15 years) then apply as a hunting guide.

Kinda hard I would think for a non local? Good question, and a good job if you can get it. Beats mine. Try contacts at some of the established guides & Game parks. See if they will take on a assistant or intern. Once you have some time in, you can go out on your on. Nobody is going to hire a guide who looks like he's fresh from Jersey.
