Accra  can be compared to any Capital city  in the world. It is a constantly growing metropolis with the 
only difference probably being that Accra is the trend setter for music and fashion the rest of  West Africa. 

Places of interest are the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum - Dr. Kwame Nkrumah was the first President of Ghana, 
National Theater  and the Du Bois Centre - Du Bois was the leader of the Pan African Congress from 1919 to 1927.
 The Arts Centre has an extensive crafts market where one can purchase gifts. Another place of curiosity and
 growing interest is the craft shop of the Teshie Coffin Builders. Here one can order a coffin in any shape desired
 may it be an airplane, a corn cob, a beer bottle or a chicken.
